I can't get on CPI!!!

Hey guys, um, I don't know if anyone else has been having this issue but I can't even get onto CPI, I can log in, and get to the 'catalog' section, but when I click on CPI or any other chatlands, I get an error message saying that 'this webpage is unavailable'. I've been trying for the past THREE DAYS to get onto CPI and get to my Clan (BrookClan) but I can't even access it through a cached version,.


I don't know if anyone else is having this issue and I've literally tried everything. I can't even access the !message feature to get help from the admins so I'm using the forum right now to ask them for help and wondering if anyone else is having this troublesome issue.


Please reply ASAP because I'm literally losing deltas here on my standard sub over this and it's frustrating me.

Have you tried logging in from cpi itself?
What's your browser? I'm assuming your cookies and cache is cleared?

I'll take a gander when I get home if it's not fixed.

Yep, I've tried numerous times, and sometimes the site doesn't show up at all >< My browser's Google Chrome, and my cookies and everything are cleared and I still can't access it, this has been happening for the past three days, and I keep getting the same message of 'this webpage is not available'. I just tried using Internet Explorer to access CPI and that didn't work either.

I just took a screenshot, in case it's needed, so I'll post it.

Try another browser. Chrome doesn't work well with chatlands for whatever reason.

Hm, I don't know what to say.

Please be patient. Jager is doing all he can and is awaiting a response. Once Underdog responds, he will tell you.

Okay, sorry, just never had this problem before, that's all.

They're logging in okay when I try it. Above is the screen shot for this. Not sure what to try next. Any suggestions please email me wkuinkc@gmail.com

Has anything changed on your computer recently? Sometimes Windows Update will make changes to your firewall, or a new antivirus program will have fun blocking safe websites. If it's only happening to you and Underdog is able to access your account just fine at a different location, we can assume Cat's Paw Island is not the root cause of the problem.

If you e-mail Underdog with every little bit of relevant information, I'm sure he can get to the bottom of this.

Underdog managed to fix it :) I'm back in my Clan room, apparently it was a networking error on his side that was affecting my ability to get onto CPI. I'm all good, situation's been resolved :3
