Secret Santa Sign-Up

Happy Holidays Cats Paw Island Community!
The Events Team would like to celebrate with you this season by hosting a holiday Secret Santa Art Exchange!
This is a volunteer basis event, if you do not wish to participate, you don’t have to. If you would like to join in on the fun, keep on reading, instructions on how to sign up will follow the guidelines.
In this event, you will be given the name of another user, and a character reference. You will then draw them a lovely gift of the character they have provided, and reveal your gift to them on Janurary 9th, 2015!

Some guidelines:
1. Only draw for the user that you have been assigned to in this event.
2. No overly complicated characters, try to keep it simple!
3. Animal characters ONLY, human characters will not be accepted.

5. The deadline for sign ups is December 21st! If you want to participate you must have your username and character reference posted by then.
6. The deadline for giving your gift is January 9th, so please have your art submitted by this time.
7. When you receive your gift from your Secret Santa, do not complain! Someone worked very hard to make it for you so there is no reason to complain in any way.

To signup for this event, reply to the "Secret Santa Signup" topic on the forums under "Festival Grounds." In your reply include only ONE character reference and your CPI chat username. Further information about how to submit your drawings will be posted in the Festival Grounds on the forums. If you don't have a forums account, make sure to create one if you'd like to participate in this event!

PLEASE only sign up if you truly wish to draw something for another user chosen at random. If you signup, make sure you stay true to your commitment.

We hope to see your name in the mix! Remember, ALL artistry levels are accepted in this event, it doesn’t matter if you’re just starting your artistic journey, or if you’re an expert. Everyone gets to take part in this Gift Exchange, all you have to do is sign up!

Updated! Please keep in mind when signing up that you have to draw for another person which has yet to be assigned to you. You cannot begin until the names have been assigned on the 21st. When the names ARE assigned, users will only need to go to this topic and click on their user's name in the master list to see their reference. Please do NOT reveal who you have until you complete the drawing and post it or you'll ruin the surprise!

Right now we're taking sign-ups. On December 21st, sign-ups will be closed and we will PM each entrant with the name of the user they will be drawing for. You will draw for a user on the list and another user will draw for you.
